Sea buckthorn berry salt flakes

INGREDIENTS
100 grams sea buckthorn berry oil (link to recipe)
1 kilogram of fine salt.
4 litres of hot water.

Preparation

  • Dissolve the salt in hot water.
  • Add the oil.
  • Leave it in an open heat bath (sous vide) at 50 degrees for 12 hours.
  • When the salt crystals sink and most of the water has evaporated, carefully place the crystals on a drying rack and let them dry completely.
