2 parts flour
1 part buckwheat flour
30% cane sugar
35% rapeseed oil
2% salt
Buckwheat crumble can be used to make a fruit dessert even more delicious. For example, crumble it over your apple or pear compote and bake it in the oven at the same time.
Preparation
mix all ingredients
knead with your hands until a nice crumble forms
Sprinkle it over the fruit compote
Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.
(until golden brown)
